[10:04] helga_: it took a long time to make... the recipe was true when it said 45 min of prep. plus an hour to cook
[10:04] helga_: dave even got seconds
[10:04] helga_: (and you can sub cheddar cheese for mozzarella cheese in a pinch)

[10:08] helga_: you slice an egglant about 1/4 of an inch thick and use them as lasagna "noodles". (don't peel the egglant first)
[10:08] chellers: and you don't have to precook the eggplant right?
[10:09] helga_: nope
[10:09] helga_: the most time consuming task was cooking the turkey
[10:09] chellers: cool sounds like something different to try :)
[10:10] helga_: chellers: last night i could've used the meat thing ray has :)

[10:11] helga_: chellers: i made two dishes from the recipe too. one is in the freezer, so i'll see how well it reheats
