[glitta] first run or dollar movies
[ClydeFrogger] mickey d's didnt show up till after we left

[ClydeFrogger] i remember i won a care bears coloring contest at pizza hut
[noodleLeg] ClydeFrogger: why were you in Van Horn? I thought you were from Conutillo
[ClydeFrogger] noodleLeg: i was going to school there
[ClydeFrogger] noodleLeg: they had a sort of magnet school for elementary
[noodleLeg] you lived in conutillo and commuted to van horn for school?
[ClydeFrogger] thatd be crazy
[noodleLeg] eggs
[ClydeFrogger] i stayed there durig the week, and sometimes i would get to home during weekends
[glitta] was it like boarding school
[ClydeFrogger] glitta: kind of

[noodleLeg] ClydeFrogger: you lived at the school?
[glitta] or like military school
[ClydeFrogger] i actually stayed off campus though
[glitta] ha ha

[ClydeFrogger] there were 4 of us in an apartment
[glitta] ha ha
[ClydeFrogger] and 1 chaperone
[noodleLeg] was it like private school?
[ClydeFrogger] i only went there 1 year...i didnt make the grades to go back the following year
[noodleLeg] how old were you?
[ClydeFrogger] noodleLeg: not really private, more magnet type...
[glitta] did your parents pay or did you get a scholarship
[glitta] or financial aid
[ClydeFrogger] glitta: i had to get sponsored
[noodleLeg] wow
[ClydeFrogger] and my parents paid the rest
[noodleLeg] ClydeFrogger: what grade?
[glitta] was it for minorities
[glitta] or anyone could go
[ClydeFrogger] anyone
[ClydeFrogger] noodleLeg: they really werent grades
[noodleLeg] ClydeFrogger: did you like it?
[ClydeFrogger] noodleLeg: its more like "levels"
[noodleLeg] how old were you?
[glitta] did you have to fight a boss to get to the next one?
[ClydeFrogger] i think like 7

[noodleLeg] were you homesick?
[ClydeFrogger] some...but with the weekend visits every now and then, it got better as the year went along
[noodleLeg] were they mean?
[noodleLeg] is that why you always go to bed early and wake up when its still dark?
[ClydeFrogger] not really....the professors took more of a laid back teaching method
[ClydeFrogger] they just expected us to get the work done, so they didnt pressure too much
[ClydeFrogger] noodleLeg: nah, that was cause of bball during high school
[noodleLeg] were you happy or sad that you didn't go back the next year?
[ClydeFrogger] i was like "eh"...a bunch of the kids there were snobs anyways
[noodleLeg] sounds like a lil ClydeFrogger

[noodleLeg] ClydeFrogger: could you talk to my sis, we're trying to get her comfortable with the idea of my nephew going away for college

[noodleLeg] i would of cried like crazy if my folks sent me away when i was 7

[glitta] so they didnt really have a choice
